CIS and ASAP are always looking for volunteers for our students. Our kids often look up to people older than them and love the relationships they make with their mentors. We have flexibility in our volunteer schedules because you create your own schedule! If you would be interested in running group sessions, assisting with groups, providing homework help, being a one-on-one mentor, or becoming a lunch buddy for any of our students, please contact Mr. Comello at 235-1113 ext 41026 Criminal History Authorization
Any person who volunteers in a school MUST complete a criminal history application on the Wichita Falls Independent School District’s website. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact me to use a school campus computer or call the WFISD Human Resource Office to set up an appointment. Completion of the application takes approximately 10 minutes.
